All is mind
"I want to know the thoughts of God;
the rest are details."
the rest are details."
Everything -- absolutely everything -- that happens in our lives has a spiritual cause. Events on all other levels -- mental, emotional and physical -- are only effects.
When we are struggling with any challenge, whether it be ill health, a lack of money, a lost job, poor relationships, an accident, whatever -- we need to look for the spiritual learning. We can ask ourselves, "What quality does my soul want me to live more fully?"
"If you start to think the problem is ‘out there,’ stop yourself. That thought is the problem."
Our process is clear. First 'know yourself' - your personality and direction in life. Then 'create a plan'. Next 'heal yourself and what holds you back. Then you can expand and 'grow yourself'. Are you ready to commit to changing your life for the better?

The first 10 days have been amazing, and I truly feel transformation happening. I have been feeling more "in the flow" of everything, and it all just seems easier. Several times in meditations lately I have been hearing the phrase "be who you are, do what you do." It is so simple, and it is really all that I "have" to do each day.
FYI - that last "anonymous" comment was from Teri:)
thanks Teri. I appreciate the feedback and I was wondering oh, who posted! I am glad to hear it. It's gonna be amazing to see where we are on day 20 and day 30...but for now I will stay in the present moment and work on the Halloween invitation!!! which is also not in the moment...
Love this...it is truly how i try to live life but the vaidation is awesome and NOT a coincidence in my times of doubts...
I'm finding myself struggling to keep up! I am caught between wanting to experience each rapid fire focus, and just wanting to go back to the same meditation to deepen it. In my yoga class we did a 6 week series on letting go, and decided we needed another 6 weeks. What are others experiencing?
I am glad today is about CHANGE. Today is my day - My Intention - to work on my resume and use it to start applying for jobs. Should be a time of flow as I already have a job, so the stress and uncertainty wont be there.
DELIBERATE. & FOCUS. Seem to be my key words that are keeping me on track with anything I am taking on. LOVE those 'action' words.
Karen, et al - I was the same way. There were probably 3 days in a row that I barely touched on. Red the Title, the Quote, the Focus and totally missed the meditations etc. I decided to LET GO and start where I'm at. And Voila! That was the exact place I needed to be!! So do not stress. Start where you are, let go of whats not done. You are supposed to be NOW, not in the THEN. I'm with yas!!!
I love the transformatiion i have felt...i am in the flow. My mind is quieting down, and I'm able to take each moment, each day in the flow of what is is. It's getting easier to not judge the details and the outcomes...and i'm certainly getting less attached to outcome which is liberating :)
Karen and everyone, you won't keep up. The program, the content and the design is intentional. It's meant to have you come up against the pressure and realize you don't have to do it perfect. Just do what you do, get what you get. That said, there will be other opportunities after the first 30 days where we will slow down and focus on certain topics and repeat meditations. Great question! You are right where you need to be.
