A very wise friend of mine who happens to be going through a hard time right now and is very ill sent out an e-mail today letting all of her friends know about her illness. Instead of dwelling on it or having a "woe is me!" attitude, she said this:
"chaos precedes transformation and problems are evolutionary drivers. So, we are in for some major transformation and the unfolding process has begun!"
What a great way to look at things! AND what a synchronistic time to receive such an e-mail. This is exactly what I needed to hear! xo
