Day 5

“When you stop existing and you start truly living,
each moment of the day comes alive with the wonder and synchronicity.”
Steve Maraboli, Life, the Truth, and Being Free

It's a very simple question really, either you are busy living or you are busy dying. Today I am choosing to live!  Don't settle for any less than you want and deserve.  Be in the flow and have a great day.

I love this...i got busy living...after a horrible night of sleepless anxeity! I saw the most beautiful dewy rose this morning that caught my attention. After a night of rain in the desert. and said My day will ROCK! and it has...i expect good things...and got a repeat reiki client later today :)

LOVE this!! Reminds me of Bob Dylan-"he not busy being born is busy dying". ;) VERY true and something I need to remember today. I tend to live in the past or worry about the future, I often forget to live in the "today!!" I too feel like synchronicity will be my power day, as it's one of my favorite topics. Life is truly amazing---once you stop and smell the roses! ;)

Today i experienced a few good miracles. The boss is on vacation and the entire staff is elated. I saw an old friend and she is coming to my home Saturday for a Healing touch session.

Brandi- I too get insomnia and it's such an experience of seeing the monkey mind at work. "Thinking" furiously at 3am : not a really a useful mechanism:)! Hope you slept well last night. On another note...I liked the river meditation and found that when I thought of my body floating down a river, my river was filled with obstacles- rocks, sandbars, branches and I kept trying to be alert and physically gripping and paddling and shifting to avoid them. I finally allowed myself to be a leaf floating- if I knocked into a rock I would then just flow around it. I had to cultivate that lightness, that sense of letting go of protecting... and trusting that I'll just bounce around a little but I'm still in the flow.
